Who we are
This website (agentiv.au) is operated by Agentiv, based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Agentiv provides a team operations platform for Australian real estate agencies. This policy covers this marketing website. Customers of the Agentiv platform receive a separate platform privacy policy as part of their agreement.
What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you submit through the demo request form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), agency or team name, team size, and any message you include.
How we use it
We use demo request details for one purpose: to reply to you and arrange the walkthrough you asked for. We do not sell personal information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may collect standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operational purposes.
Storage and security

Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@agentiv.com.au. Deletion requests are actioned on written request.
Complaints
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you have a concern, contact us first and we'll work to resolve it. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
